You decide. You are brilliant, just look in the mirror. You might even have a job and have a brokerage account. Maybe you pay income tax. Maybe you even pay quarterly estimates. Maybe, just maybe you can decipher criminal conduct when you see it.
They don't teach you to trade in law school, trust me. And they don't fade earnings releases in contract law. I guess Mrs. Clinton was just one of the top futures traders to walk the planet, among many other things.
