FACEBOOK logic.......

So it's a good thing when HFT firms are "UP" for 17 seconds but a bad thing when HFT firms go "DOWN" for 17 seconds?

The silence on this HFT quote jamming is deafening.   Not a regulator or exchange human is talking.
