WARNER BROTHERS DISCOVERY

This is the definition of insanity...Let's look at the history of WBD and mergers.

2001: AOL and Time Warner

2003: Time Warner dumps AOL

2018: AT&T acquired Time Warner, renames it WarnerMedia

2022: WBD mergers with Discovery, spins off from AT&T

2025: WBD announces plans to split into 2 companies

2025:  Enter Paramount SkyDance into the fray.

It's anyone's guess what will happen.  

David Ellison is a smart guy who chose a very rich father.  

I think he can fund the purchase of WBD with financing from the BANK of DAD!
