Kim Schaper is lighting up the world.......Go Kim Go!!

“You can’t bullshit a bullshitter.”
For over a decade, I told my family and friends what they wanted to hear.
“I’m happy!” “I’m healthy!” “I’m not engaging in disordered eating behaviors!” “I’ve gained weight!” “I’m not depressed!”
All bullshit.
Eating disorders are all about manipulation. I’ve lived it, breathed it and experienced it all and you can’t bullshit your way through this disease. It’s just like any other addiction, you lie, cheat, hide, steal, avoid, numb out and isolate yourself to continue your behaviors in secret.
I can tell you right now, if you’re still in the midst of an ED, you have to ask yourself how badly do you want it? How badly do you want to get better, or do you?
This shit is NO joke, it takes time, patience, dedication, resilience, sitting in discomfort, quitting the bullshit and owning up to your addiction.
This is why I’m such an advocate for speaking the truth, sharing my life with 100% authenticity and at such a raw level because there are no secrets. Secrets are what keeps you stuck, silent and in denial.
Here’s what I ask you….Are you honest with yourself or are you still in denial?
