Our friends in the government.........(I'm from the government and I'm here to help you) the Labor Department, reported yesterday that February prices for "crude foodstuffs" were 18.8% above year-ago levels. Food companies are starting to pass those higher costs of ethanol on to consumers as wholesale consumer food prices were 6.8% above year-ago levels.
Inflation. It's alive and well in America.
