I have been insured by the STATE FARM Companies for decades. Maybe 5.
I want to single out a couple agents that I admire for their level of customer service.
State Farm Agents don't set premium prices. No need to get upset with them over the price policyholders pay for their insurance.
Two agents I deal with are Rob Sloane in Crossville, TN and Shan Kuntz in Forsyth, MT.
I have no idea how customer service can be so good with these two gents but it simply is.
In the age of NO service these guys are tops in working for their clients.
Efficient staff, fast response, clear answers, ready to go the extra mile.
