ONDAS HOLDINGS

Off to a solid 2026 start this fine morning at Pamelot.

Stayed up far beyond the time I usually retire for the night to watch some outstanding coaches, players, and fans win some and lose some.

Lots of winners on those fields yesterday, even in losing.

Looking at my screens, three months ago, I told you about ONDS.

Go look, October 2, 2025.  The full story was laid out.

On November 13, 2025 I brought to your attention some significant news.

I own it.  I am telling you to buy it.   Today, January 2, 2026

You have every right to be wrong.

UPDATE after the close today, 1/2/2026

Things perked up as the day went on.   Most investors don't understand the power of compounding stock returns.    I own very few stocks and don't intend to ramp up exposure unless I feel better about entry prices.  I have zero reasons to force a trade and no need to own anything in size.   The only thing I have to do correctly is sell the merchandise I own, but that could honestly take years.

It was a good day.  Less than half of a percent up, but good enough to pay for morning coffee tomorrow.

Thank you Warren Buffett.  May the rest of your years give you peace, good health and happiness.  Nebraska was good to you and you were good for the world.

Ondas Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:ONDS) announced Friday a plan to change its corporate name to Ondas Inc. and has relocated its corporate headquarters to West Palm Beach, Florida. The company, which has seen its stock surge over 419% in the past six months and 271% over the last year, maintains a strong balance sheet with more cash than debt.

The name change reflects the company’s evolution "into a scaled, global defense and security technology platform serving both government and commercial customers," according to a press release statement.

Eric Brock, Chairman and CEO of Ondas, said the new name will "better align our corporate identity with the operating platform we have built and the global, dual-use markets we serve." With a market capitalization of $3.64 billion and a strong analyst consensus recommendation of 1.25 (Strong Buy), the company appears to be gaining momentum despite currently trading above its InvestingPro Fair Value.

The company, which provides autonomous aerial and ground robot intelligence through its Ondas Autonomous Systems business unit and private wireless solutions through Ondas Networks, chose West Palm Beach for its headquarters to strengthen access to talent, strategic partners, and capital.

"West Palm Beach has rapidly emerged as a strategic hub for technology, defense, finance, and global business," Brock stated.

The company will maintain its distributed global footprint, with operations across the United States, Europe, Middle East and Asia. The name change is expected to be effective during the first quarter of 2026, and neither change is expected to disrupt operations, customer programs, or delivery timelines.
